Individual therapy
Weekly one-on-one work with a licensed clinician you keep across every level of care. This is where the history, the shame, and the specifics get worked through.
ALL LEVELSNo single method fixes a substance use disorder. What works is a coherent combination — clinical therapies with real evidence behind them, delivered by people who treat you as an adult, plus the ordinary human things that make recovery livable: sleep, movement, purpose, and company. Here’s what that combination looks like with us.

ALL LEVELSSmall facilitated groups — capped at ten — on relapse, relationships, work stress, and rebuilding trust. Being known by name is part of the treatment.
PHP · IOP · ALUMNIIdentifying and interrupting the thought patterns that precede use, then practicing something different until it’s automatic.
PHP · IOP · OPSkills for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal repair — especially useful when feelings arrive faster than plans.
PHP · IOPSessions and education for partners, parents, and adult children. Recovery changes a household, and everyone deserves a way to talk about it.
ALL LEVELSWe assume there may be history behind the substance use, and we never require you to tell it before you’re ready. Pacing is yours.
PROGRAM-WIDE APPROACHFDA-approved medication combined with counseling to reduce cravings and support recovery, when clinically appropriate — always alongside therapy, never instead of it.
PHP · IOP · OPMovement, mindfulness, nutrition guidance, and time outside built into the schedule — not offered as an afterthought.
PHP · IOP · ALUMNIA written, rehearsed plan for the specific people, places, and hours that have caught you before — revisited whenever life changes.
ALL LEVELSMorris County gives us something most programs have to simulate: reservations, ridgelines, and quiet neighborhood streets within minutes of the building. We use them deliberately. Walking groups, movement blocks, and seasonal hikes aren’t perks — they’re where nervous systems settle and where people start talking honestly.
Alongside that, we work on the unglamorous fundamentals: sleep you can count on, meals that aren’t an afterthought, a week with structure in it, and a few relationships worth protecting.
Weekly walking group on local reservation trails, weather permitting.
Sleep and routine coaching — often the first thing that makes everything else possible.
Nutrition guidance that assumes a real schedule and a real budget.
Seasonal alumni hikes, volunteer mornings, and community gatherings across the county.
Your plan is built from these pieces, not from a template. A short call is enough for us to sketch what your week would look like.
One call is enough to start. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
