Home / Outpatient (OP)

Outpatient

Lightest-touch ongoing support — steady weekly work that protects what you’ve built.

OP · ONGOING GROWTH

One steady hour that keeps everything else steady.

Outpatient care is maintenance in the best sense — a reliable weekly place to bring what’s coming up before it becomes a crisis. Sessions are scheduled early, late, or over lunch, and the work shifts from stabilizing to growing: career, relationships, purpose, and the version of yourself you’re building.

Who it’s for

Adults with stable footing who want to keep momentum rather than coast.

Professionals who prefer a single weekly appointment that doesn’t disrupt work.

People completing IOP who want continued accountability and a clinical safety net.

Anyone in earlier recovery elsewhere who needs a local, discreet place to continue.

A typical week

What a week includes

Weekly Individual therapy with your primary clinician
Optional One evening group — professionals’ or general track
Monthly Medication review, if medication is part of your plan
As needed Family or couples session
Ongoing Alumni events, walks, and community gatherings
A one-to-one therapy office with a window and plants

What’s included

Individual therapy

The core of this level — consistent, unhurried, and genuinely yours.

Optional groups

Drop into an evening group when a harder week calls for more support.

Medication management

Continued psychiatric care and MAT coordination without changing providers.

Relapse prevention

Your plan revisited as life changes — new job, new stress, new season.

Wellness coaching

Sleep, movement, and nutrition habits that hold up under pressure.

Family check-ins

Periodic sessions to keep the people around you in the loop and supported.

How outpatient differs from IOP

Dose and focus

IOP is several sessions a week aimed at stabilizing. Outpatient is one or two aimed at sustaining and building — a different job entirely.

Flexibility

Outpatient sessions can be scheduled before work, at lunch, or by telehealth on travel weeks, so consistency survives a busy quarter.

Where it leads

01

Weekly rhythm

Consistent sessions while new routines become genuinely normal.

02

Taper thoughtfully

Move to every other week when you and your clinician both agree it’s right.

03

Stay connected

Alumni community and an open door if you ever want to step back up.

Insurance & cost

Outpatient therapy is covered by nearly every commercial plan and typically involves only a standard specialist copay. Private-pay rates and sliding-scale options are available if you’d rather keep insurance out of it entirely.
