You can call before you’ve decided anything.
Plenty of people reach out while still unsure whether they need treatment at all. That’s a completely reasonable place to call from. Nothing is set in motion by a conversation, nobody is told, and you are free to hang up and think about it.
Reach out
Call, text, or send the form. A clinician talks with you about what’s been happening — no script, no sales pitch.
10–15 minutesConfidential assessment
A fuller conversation, in person or by video, to understand your history, health, and schedule.
About an hourWe verify your insurance
We check benefits, handle the authorization paperwork, and tell you exactly what to expect out of pocket.
Often same dayBegin care
You start at the recommended level with a plan and schedule you helped build.
Usually within 24–72 hoursOn your first call
You’ll speak with a licensed clinician or our admissions coordinator — never an outsourced call center.
We’ll ask what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and what you’re worried about. You can share as little as you like.
We’ll explain the levels of care in plain language and which one likely fits.
We’ll answer cost and privacy questions honestly, including if we’re not the right program for you.
Nothing is committed. Many people call once, think for a week, and call back. That’s fine.
What to bring to your assessment
A photo ID and your insurance card, if you have them.
A list of current medications and doses.
Contact information for any current prescriber or therapist.
Your work or caregiving schedule, so we can build around it.
Any questions you wrote down at 2am — bring those especially.
If you don’t have any of this, come anyway. We’ve never turned someone away over paperwork.
Questions people actually ask
What will this cost me?
For most people with commercial insurance, the answer is a copay — often the same as any specialist visit. We verify your benefits before you commit and tell you the real number, including anything your deductible affects. If you’re paying privately, we’ll quote you plainly and discuss financing.
Is my insurance accepted?
We’re in-network with most major commercial plans in New Jersey and can work with many out-of-network plans as well. Send us your insurer and member ID and we’ll confirm coverage, usually the same day.
How long does the program last?
It depends on the level of care and on you. Partial Care typically runs two to four weeks, IOP six to ten, and outpatient stays open as long as it’s useful. We review your plan with you weekly rather than holding you to a fixed number.
Can I keep working?
Yes — that’s a core design goal. IOP and outpatient run in evening and early-morning tracks specifically so people can keep their jobs. If you need Partial Care, we can help you understand FMLA and short-term disability options.
Will anyone find out?
Your care is protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, the federal rule specific to substance use records. We never contact an employer, we don’t leave detailed voicemails unless you ask us to, and your name appears nowhere public.
Can my family be involved?
As much or as little as you want. Family sessions and loved-ones education evenings are available at every level, and nothing is shared with anyone without your written consent.

One call is enough to start. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
