Serious treatment that still fits in a working week.
IOP is where most of our professionals begin. Three hours of focused group and individual work, three to five days a week, in a morning or evening track you choose. You keep your job, your routine, and your privacy — and you get a room of people who understand exactly what you’re carrying.
Who it’s for
Working adults and professionals who can’t step away from their responsibilities.
People stepping down from Partial Care who still want substantial structure.
Adults for whom weekly therapy alone hasn’t been enough to hold change.
Parents and caregivers who need treatment to happen around school pickup or evenings.
What an evening session looks like
What’s included
Individual therapy
Weekly one-on-one work with your primary clinician, scheduled around your hours.
Group therapy
Small facilitated groups — including a professionals’ track when it’s running.
CBT & DBT skills
Concrete tools you can use the same night, at home or at work.
Medication support
Psychiatric follow-up and MAT coordination without extra appointments elsewhere.
Family involvement
Optional sessions and education for the people closest to you.
Relapse prevention
A written plan rehearsed for the specific situations that have caught you before.
Stepping up or down
Coming from PHP
If you started in Partial Care, IOP keeps the same clinician and cohort rhythm at a lighter dose — usually the point where people return to work.
If IOP isn’t holding
We’d rather adjust than watch you struggle. If the week isn’t enough, we can step you up to PHP quickly and without judgment.
Your path through IOP
Weeks 1–3

Weeks 4–8
Three days a week, with individual work carrying more of the weight.
