Structure through the day, home in the evening.
Partial Care gives you the intensity of a treatment program while you sleep in your own bed. Days are full and purposeful — therapy, groups, skills, and wellness — and you leave each afternoon with something concrete to practice. For many people this is the level that finally breaks the cycle of trying to manage it alone.
Who it’s for
Adults who need daily clinical structure but not residential care.
Professionals on medical leave, short-term disability, or FMLA who can commit to weekday hours.
People stepping down from detox or inpatient treatment who want continuity, not a cliff.
Anyone whose attempts at weekly therapy alone haven’t held.

Practical tools for the thinking and emotion patterns that pull you back.
Psychiatric care

How PHP differs from IOP
Hours and intensity
PHP runs five hours a day, five days a week; IOP runs about three hours, three to five days. PHP holds more of your week so early recovery has somewhere to land.
Clinical support
PHP includes daily contact with your clinician and quicker psychiatric access. IOP is designed to sit alongside a working schedule instead of replacing it.
Your step-down path
